...custody aggreement? She is currently living with her father, we will be going to court b4 the end of the summer to see who gets full custody, he is ignoring my phone calls messages and text, he refuses to talk to me, he says he needs to wait to see what her counclers says b4 he lets me speek with her, he is tring to be in controll, do i have the right to find out what councler she is speeking with and what they are speeking about?

Are you still MARRIED or is the divorce finaled?
If it's finaled, you don't have any say in anything.

And as you don't have a custody agreement in force either, you're screwed.

That's why you're supposed to have ALL OF THIS STUFF DONE BEFORE THE DIVORCE IS FINALED!
