do i have gerd?

here my problems...chest tightness,everyday ...lump n sometimes pain in my throat...sometimes pain on my left side breast...ive been like this a month..i also found out i have a gallstone that neeRAB to be taken out..could that be it?..i had the endoscopy done..it only showed i havespasms..they gaved my trazadone...will thatwork?i just cant believe GERD could make me feel so sick!if anyones experience this or knows someone please help cause im losing it here.too much pain.i hope its my gallstone but i still have my dr to see about that.oh i have a very dry mouth i think from my meRAB im on pvc meRAB n previcid..n anixty meRAB.n lexapro.

I don't know if you have GERD but I imagine they would have picked that up on the endoscopy. I have GERD and that was diagnosed by endoscopy. The pain could be being caused by the spasms. Lexapro will cause a dry mouth and anxiety can cause a lump in the throat, that's caused by a muscle spasm, I know because I had it for about a year 30 years ago. Your anxiety will make you feel a lot worse. I hope that helps.
