I made a vegetable & flower garden but last month it rained for about 3 weeks straight and I guess that made everything get dried up. the strawberries were first to spoil, The tomatoes looked green & healthy but then they started getting black spots and cracks on them. Corn was growing, it was almost done but that dried up too. Watermelon turned orange and died. It wont start getting cold until late in October. I wanted to replace all of it and start over. My question is do I have enough time to grow a full vegetable garden before the cold weather gets here? Also before it all died, I had snails and bugs that have a head in a shape of a V get on the food. I don't know what they are called. the snails would eat the tomatoes and the other bugs got on everything else. I tried ortho max in the spray and pellet form but that didn't stop or kill them, What would be good to use and won't harm the garden? Thank You.
