...this never happened before. ? After sex, i'm starting to notice a tear on my private. it goes away after a while, without intercourse. it itches, and will bleed a little bit. now i have a smell, that isnt pleasant, and i'm seeing some white tiny bumps. I'm scared. I've used a condom with every partner, but my recent one. and he gives blood, so he wouldnt have anything. whats going on?

it could be ecoli...you'd need an antibiotic.Go to your gyno, if you smell theres a problem.

You need to have a doctor and some sort of parental guidance.
YOU ESPECIALLY SHOULD NOT BE HAVING UNPROTECTED SEX UNLESS YOU'RE READY FOR A CHILD.

"He gives blood so he wouldn't have anything." I'm sorry, and not to be rude, but that's hilarious. The only sexually transmitted diseases that they test for when you give blood are syphilis and HIV/AIDS. He could have HPV/genital warts (which this sounds like), chlamydia, gonorrhea, drug-resistant gonorrhea, herpes simples 1, herpes simplex 2, cytomegalovirus (CMV), and a whole variety of other things.

Go see a doctor. You should get the shots for HPV in any case. You may also have a yeast infection -- infections usually smell bad. Then you should use condoms until you get married.

Oh, the 'tear' on your private means that your blood was exposed to his bodily fluids through sex. In the future, that could be how you get AIDS.

Oh, and how do you know he gave blood recently? Did you see him do it? Did you even see his blood donor card? I've been giving blood since 1979, I've had guys who asked me about my HIV status, and NO ONE has ever, ever asked to see my blood donor card to verify it. They all believed me, every single one. I'm telling the truth, but a liar could say they're a blood donor and not be one, or not have given in years, or had unprotected sex since the last time they gave.

And, even if you saw a blood donor card, it doesn't mean they gave recently or that their blood was accepted! Anyone can get a card, even if they later test positive, and anyone can mark the back of the card to make it look like they gave recently.

So, really? Always use condoms.
