I'm wondering if i have an eating disorder. I'm a female 22 years of age. I am 5'3 and 124 pounds. eat very little. I eat 3 times a day. But when I eat each meal consists of 1-2 small things to eat and skim milk.Small bowl cereal 4 breakfast. Lunch is a half sandwich dinner is a small meal of one thing. I've also have been getting headaches and been really tired. My neurologist has me writing down every thing I eat and I've noticed it's not much. Plus I exercise a lot like 2hrs a day everyday. if i don't make it everyday then its 3hrs in the gym. I also Count calories that I eat along with looking at how many calories on written in the box. And I'm also very self-concise of my body. I wear big close to make me look thin. i get some people that say i need to lose weight and then there are the ones that say im to thin i look like a stick then there are people who say i look perfect and im gorgeous. I just don't see it. Also if I'm hungry after a meal I won't eat anything more. Sometimes when I feel hungry it feels like somethings eating from inside out. It's weird. I also look at girls that are thin and say I want to be their thin. I don't know if i have an eating problem. what do you all think? Should I be worried?
