Do I have a shot at Brown University? (+ financial aid)?

I'm a junior at an international school, but i'm a U.S. citizen. I'm planning to early decision Brown, but I'm not absolutely sure yet, mainly because of the lack of financial aid, or so I hear.

Academically, my average GPA is about a 4.0 weighted, and I've been steadily going up since freshman year. I've taken AP Chinese and AP Environmental Science (passed both AP tests), and currently taking AP English Lang&Comp and AP Chemistry. I've been in Honors Math and English classes since freshman year, and I'm currently taking Honors World History as well. My current coursework is:
AP English Lang&Comp
AP Chemistry
AP Chinese (the equivalent of 7th grade in regular Taiwanese schools)
Physics
Honors World History
Honors Pre-Calculus

My SATs are in the 2200-2300 range, but I might take it again. Should I?

Extracurricular-wise, I am the treasurer in our 7-12 grade student government (to-be VP), the secretary for our school all-girl hip-hop crew (to-be VP), a member of Key Club (service club), and editor-in-chief for three different conferences (two in Taiwan, one in Singapore) of Model United Nations press team since i was in freshman year. I'm also head for the decoration committee for the planning of prom (which is 9-12 grade) this year. While it may seem like I have a lot of leadership positions, especially for a junior, I think it is not comparable to American schools because we have such a small school.

Also, does community service help? I haven't done anything consistently, but I spent a week in the Philippines building houses for the homeless, and I will spend another week in western Taiwan rebuilding old houses.

I'm also very interested in art, and consequently interested in the Brown-RISD dual degree program. Does anyone have an idea of how competitive it is to get into the program? I haven't started on any artwork that is portfolio-worthy though--do you think I can finish in time? :S

Basically, to sum it up, I'm weaker academically, in the competitiveness of Ivy Leagues, but I have a LOT of extracirrics. Do you think I have a shot? Thanks so much in advance for your opinion, I feel kind of lost in an international community that may not understand American school systems as well.
