Today around 8 i freaked out completely, i was scared of everything like a hole in a paper, i felt very hot and the temp of the house was 66 degress, i keep talking in my mind and i felt like i had no control of my body like someone els did. And i was extremly peronid of everything like something was behind me,, well its 10:50 right now i fill better but just very worry, i realy hope i don't have skitzphrina (however you spell that) like my mother. I just need someone to give me some helpfull advice..
