do I have a hernia from exercising?

I have been on a steady workout routine for about 4 months now that includes weight lifting, running, and pullup, pushups, dips etc. When i do pull up there is usually some sort of strain i feel right below my stomach.

Yesterday, I have a pain about 3 inches directly below my belly button. and it still hurts. It almost feels like i have to pee really really bad. It doesn't feel like muscle soreness, it feels more like it is coming from the inside. It is in the center and about 3 inches below my belly button.

I wouldnt say it hurts, it feels more like pressure but when i press on it, it hurts a lil bit.... any idea what this can be?
