I've wanted to go there since I was like 10 and become a Pharmacist through their pre-med program. Here's what I've done so far as a student
Extra Curricular Activities:
Wrestling
Over 24 hours of community service so far
Was in an FYM program
Went to a People to People trip
Got accepted to LeadAmerica
Did an online program with Johns Hopkins
Played a musical instrument for a time.
I already have 3 college credits for what that's worth.
My grades: So far I have a 3.65 GPA. I'm taking the highest courses that are available to me and I plan on taking more than 3 AP courses next year (I'll be a Junior). '
I'm a sophomore right now for those who would like to know.
My dream is to get in Washington and I'm going to see if I can take some classes in the summer to see if I can get some extra classes and I'll hope to have a job. I struggle in science though and have a B in there so idk if they'll accept me into Washington for a Pre-Pharm if I got a B in science. I finished with a B in Biology last year too. Those two have me a bit concerned.
Any tips as to what I can do extra to get into college or websites where I can apply for scholarships would be GREATLY appreciated. Washington is my number one choice so if you personally know what they are looking for I'd appreciate it.
