...arrested? My wallet was stolen and the criminal used my credit card spent 500 dollars in stores. But told police he threw the wallet away because he knew the credit cards were reported stolen. I took the person to small claims court for 500 dollars and 500 dollars for pain and suffering. I just moved to a new state and because my cards were stolen this forced my accounts to be frozen unable to take money out and I couldnt open up a new bank account with out a drivers license 2 forms of ID. so for 2 weeks I had limited food and water. This court allows pain and suffereing under regulations.
