I'm kinda fat. Although, the way my fat is spread out, I have the top 2 abs and parts of the second sey, but when I feel my chubby stomach above my belt, I can't even feel lower abs there. Do you think that all my fat is stored there, or do you think my lower abs just won't get stronger? If i work out my arms for about a week, they get so much stronger, so i know I build muscle fast.
