Okay. So I just recently got pulled over for NO SEATBELT, however, I was wearing my seatbelt. It was just under my shoulder, but that's a completely different issue altogether.
So I decided to look around the net for the laws in my state to see if I could argue the seatbelt "position" thing in court. But instead I seen that they CAN'T pull you over in Kansas just because of you're seatbelt, it's not the primary reason they can pull you over for. Sooo do you guys think this is worth bringing up in court? would I win?
here's the site I got the info from, I live in Kansas

alright, so the site I went to was wrong as someone pointed out, the law changed about it being a primary in June of this year.
but do you guys think I can fight the seatbelt thing?
