I'm a freshman in highschool. Last year, my 100 time was 12.8 my 400 time was 59.9 and my 200 was 27.5. before that though, I was a distance runner. I used to run 7 miles every day, under 50 minutes, and 10 miles in a little over an hour. My long jump is 17. my 800 is a horrible 2:42 but that was with no training, and I jogged the last 200 meters because my endurance was down. My sprints aren't really that amazing, and it's almost impossible to just get faster, but my distance is decent, and with a lot of hard work, I might just have something. What do you think?
