I currently have a Smartphone mobile (with a slide out QWERTY keyboard which is great!). I now have a problem with it charging and buttons have stopped working etc... so I am looking to upgrade! Just don't know whether to get another smartphone - or to get a PDA and standard mobile
I do need access to information quite a bit of the time as I regularly receive calls when I am out and about..

Blackbeery BOLD for AT&T is awwwwwwesome. I have it, and everything about it is amazing. The quality of this one is far better than the Curve and Pearl combined. Faster processor, more memory, and I believe you're able to up to to a 16GB microSD card, unlike the other ones where they cap out at 4 or 8 GB.

Charging and battery life for this phone is not a problem, I probably charge it every other day with moderate usage. Since wi-fi is everywhere in town, I just connect on to other peoples connection.

If you're with Verizon--I probably wouldnt recommend their BB Storm since its lacking the Wifi, and their EVDO will drain your battery rather quick--not sure why either. And the touch screen definately take some getting used to--after all a blackberry is known for their keyboard. :P

Instead, i recommend the HTC phone if you have verizon.
