Do i get $450 discount from ipone 4s sprint if i pay to terminate my contract early then renew?

I currently have 5 months left on my cuurent sprint regular phone (not a smartphone) contract. If i pay $50, i can terminate my 2 yr contract early. When i terminate this phone, and want to replace/reactivate this phone the same day(hopefully keeping my phone#), would i get $450 discount from the iphone 4s since i am adding a new line after done terminating? Would i be able to request my same phone number?
