Well yesterday i had a mc'chicken sandwich meal with coke and later on my sis sais on phone, Want a mcdonalds and i was like go on then, I had anothe mc'chicken sandwich meal and 20 chicken nugggets, When i woke up Earlier i got diarrhea and feel sick, Was it because of this?
