On New Year's Eve, me and about a dozen buddies are going to raid a gay bar in our neighborhood. We aren't going to do anything stupid like hit them in the face with iron pipes or anything. We just plan on putting on black ski masks and running in and hitting them with wiffle ball bats and spitting on them. We just want to make a point and get these disgusting pigs out of our neighborhood. There is a school in the neighborhood and we don't need these animals influencing the children. Almost as bad as the Mexicans. But are hate crimes just for races and religions? Like blacks and muslims? If we gay bash with wiffle ball bats can they charge us with a hate crime or just simple assault? Please advise. Thank you.
