do hairstylists like it when you discuss your life with them?

Most of them really don't care. They are just there to get the job done.

You'd be better off going to a therapist, or even a bartender. I don't feel comfortable sharing my personal life with hairstylists, but some people do. Hairstylists are people you visit every 8 weeks, and they even ask about your life to make small talk, that's why so many people become friends with their hairstylists. I prefer to make friends elsewhere.

No.
They can pass on what you have said to others. Do you want other people to know your personal problems?

I wouldn't recommend it unless you REALLY trust them. One of my clients tells her hairdresser stuff and the hairdresser tells my mom, then tells me.

hair dressers are know as a poor mans therapists..no, they do not care...........just beauty shop talk....they have a life outside of cutting your hair themselves
bar tenders get the same talk
