Do guys have a problem if a girl is a bigger sports fan than them? Do you think

he became a fan cause of me? I'm a huge Indianapolis Colts fan and know a fair amount about the NFL. Is that weird for a girl? What do guys think about it? The guy I like found out last year I was a big fan of football and this year is suddenly a fan at least of the Colts. Thing is he's not really a sports guy, but he seems to be making such an effort. A little part of me wants to think it's because of me. I was the new girl at his small school last year and the fact I'm somewhat knowledgeable about football is what came to define me. I not obsessive or anything, but no one(including the boys) knew anything about football and when the fact I was a Colts fan came out it was really the first bit of anything the knew about me. Now I'm pretty sure they think I'm obsessed, I doubt anyone's noticed that the times I even talk about football is when I'm asked... Anyway because of my passion for the Colts everyone somewhat followed them this season, including the guy I've developed feelings for. In fact excluding my first class teacher he's probably followed it the closest, often asking me questions. Neither of us has texting and I can only use facebook on my phone so the only way we even have contact on the weekends is our status updates and commenting. Tonight after we lost he posted that it was depressing. For his I doubted it was that bad and I half thought he might have posted that for my benefit. I didn't really know how to comment on that so I just updated my status to say "and now I'm sad..." 15 minutes later he left a "=/" as a comment. I really had no idea how to respond so I didn't.
I'm afraid now he thinks I'm really sad, but I'm not. Was it dissapointing? Sure, but I'm a bounce back quickly kinda girl. I get the feeling he doesn't like it when I'm less than happy since he usually tries to cheer me up...I don't want him to worry. Why do you think he posted what he did? How should I have responded?
