turn on! if she is looking at u while ur talkin to her...it'll make u stop, smile, and say, "How U doin!?" haha but yea i think its sexy... ;)
 
for example; if a girl was talking to the guy she likes and she licks her lips.

IS IT A TURN OFF or a TURN ON? Just curious lol :-p
