this guy acts really weird..... he always think like i hung up on him or if i didnt answer my phone that im avoiding him...... and the other night when i called him he said "now is not a good time" and then yesterday he called me and we talk then later he ignored my calls.......wtf?

Yes I think guys act weird when they like girls.
It depends on your age though.
I'm 20 and guys are somewhat "mature" so it's a little pass the high school phase of immaturity.
However, any guy who genuinely cares for you wouldn't do stupid things like blaming you for hanging up on them for not answering your phone. That's when you say "I have a life" Like really. Just because you missed his call doesn’t mean that you were deliberately trying to ignore him. And if he’s said this to you on more than one occasion then I suggest you move on and find someone else because any guy who acts paranoid over trivial matters is a complete waste of time.

a know this guy that likes me..he acts like a complete immature idiot around me. and hurls insults at me all the time.so i guess that's weird
