Do grooms men ever walk to brides maids down the isle?

I have been in 4 weddings and 2 of them I walked down alone and the other 2 the groomsmen walked with me. And in all 4 we walked out together. So, really its up to you. I think its better for them to walk together.

Well I think you can do that if you like. I am going to do that, I want my bridesmaids and grooms men to talk down the isle together.

In some of the more affluent weddings, you see this more. It has become somewhat rare for the majority of us.
I think it is nice, very propper, regal and formal. Either way is great - it really depends on the bride and groom's personality as a couple.
Congrats!

Our groomsmen aren't walking with the bridesmaids on the way out either. Too much choreography for a church service other than Easter.

I think this gravely depends on what part of the country you're in, and the type of wedding you have.
Most of the ones I've been to lately, the groomsmen walk the maids down and up the aisle.
It's really what you want.
Sometimes the groomsmen walk with the maids and the best man stays with the groom & the MOH walks by herself...

I'm marrying in October and they'll be walking the girls in and out.
My niece married in November and they walked together in and out.
My cousin married in December and the groomsmen escorted the maids out (there were twice as many girls than guys)
My nephews getting married in May & they'll walk in and out together.
