Do grad schools/med school have access to your financial aid history?

So I'm at a state university now and have two years left. I'm interested in applying to grad school/med school after I receive my B.A.

Anyway, I have three strikes against my financial aid. The last strike was a result of dropping a class after financial aid had already been released. The course doesn't show up on my transcript though, so that's good.

I'm a little concerned that if I apply to to grad programs, they'll be able to obtain my financial aid info from my undergraduate institution to see my past and how many strikes I had. I guess I'm a little paranoid that:

(1) They won't offer me admission because they'll think I just drop classes left and right or;

(2) I'll be accepted, but the financial aid package they give me won't be as much because they'll think I'll just throw away money.

Does anyone know if this happens and if grad schools/ med schools can look at an applicant's financial aid history through the applicant's undergraduate institution?

Thank you!
