Me and this girl are both 20, we have known each other since 14, and we have liked each other for ages. I never really made a move coz I was nervous, we would always kinda flirt though, she would always comment on my pics and compliment me, she liked me a lot and even asked me out one time but i rejected her as I was nervous/stupid...but even so...she continued complimenting my pics and stuff.
We finally did meet and things were great, we connected really well, have so much in common and we would always be kissing and hugging, she says she felt safe with me, she even said I love you while we were kissing, but it slipped out and she turned away like nooo its to early for that. But she obviously meant it right.
Anyway things were great and she was open to me about her past, how she been cheated on so many times, used/ abused and I just held her and treated her like a princess.
but then she started to get distant saying how ncie it would be if we could work out, apparently she was seing some other guy, and she told me this (she was always open and truthful to me)...she is saying she wants to go on some dates now that her heads sorted out, and if it was just me she was seing she might aswell of got with me, they jumped in relationship together 3 days after she was laying beside me, which screams she is runnig away from me, she even rang me to talk it over we texted few days later and then apparently she couldn't sleep. they only lasted a month with her saying it just didn't feel right.
We began talking and I was just straight forward with my feelings for her, and she said thats sweet but she just dont want a boyfriend. I told her I will wait for her unless she dont have feelings for me, but she is like i've told you I said no. then I was like if you aint intrested tell me, coz all I can make out with u is your afraid to get close. she just says she dont want a boyfriend. So I was like so, even though we like each other its all coz you dont want a bf? and she is like yeah.
So what could it be? I mean we like each other so much, and I ain't done nothing wrong/bad so its like she just won't like me anymore, when its been her thats been trying to get with me for ages. You think she got scared coz I put her on a pedestal or something? she runs of with random guy coz there was no dissapointments?
Her last relationship few months back ended with her saying apparently it wasn't serious, its like she is used to being treated like crap but, hopefully this is where it ends because she met me, and will come back? I think coz I want a proper loving relationship she is afraid of that, and she likes me so much she feels she dont want to mess up anything, and seing as she ran with that other guy now she feels bad, but now she wants to be single, so this is her time to sort herself out and when she is ready and happy with herself, she will remember all the kisses and nice stuff between us and ill be the first to know?
