Female do mark less I have two neutered toms and a queen. My neutered toms some how can still spray they are horrible about it and my queen has never marked in the house.
Female cats mature faster mine had kittens a 8 months but it depends on the cat and how big she will get i had a cat who didn't get pregnant for 2 years old but very rare.
To sum it up females rarely ever spray only in heat usually
they can go into heat at about 3 and a half months old or about 6 months old.
