I'm convinced that they can. I had this one teacher in highschool who had this dull, blank like stare..that looked like there was some kind of haze over her eyes, who happened to be a complete moron. Same with this woman in walmart, except she seemed more oblivious and happy and was less alert. Although giving off this i-don't-get-it-vibe. and people with sharper eyes tend to have phenominal IQ's, dont they? I was talking to this one man with sharp eyes who said his IQ was in the 150's, while my eyes are semi-sharp and have a shine to them (not too much) while being at 123. (lower IQ than george bush wooohoooo~!! lol) anyways thoughts/comments greatly appreciated =)
