Last year I applied for a job and in the application it had a part that said they drug tested all employees in the beginning of the year (summer). I did not get the job but am applying again this year and it did not say anything in the application about drug testing. Can they drug test me without telling me or having me sign anything in advance or can they not test me without telling me?
