I'm wanting to lose at least 20+ pounds & was wanting to invest in diet pills to help me out but do they actually really work effectively?I've heard yes & no so i'm confused whether to even spend money on them.I'm going to be exercising everyday doing running mostly & lunges and crunches.And i also already have a diet plan for my calorie intake.So should diet pills help boost my weight lost.And if so which kind do u recommend?thank you.
