Do customer service centers keep track of all the phone calls you make?

I have a hard time communicating with people especially on the phone. So I'm needing to call a customer service for the 3rd time on the same issue, because fist 2 times I couldn't make myself clear. Do you think most customer service centers keep track of why you called and when you called? Is there a black list that they have so they can avoid taking phone calls from certain customers? I don't want to have to keep calling back with a same issue but I do need to solve the issue...
