...no relation with medicine? as they don't have guts to take responsibility? How can courts sentence people to receive treatment for mental health problems as if these are medical problems? Do they make use of medical facilities and medical knowledge developed for emergencies to be able to sentence people to chemical incarcerations? Is it morally appropriate to abuse law and medicine in order to interfere the social matters which governments do not approve or want to change?

The problems like mental health problems which have of no known biological links can not be referred as medical problems. Subjective descriptions of behaviours, thoughts, emotions and feelings can not be referred as diseases in medical sense because medicine deals with the biological mechanisms of ailments only, and the problems which have of no biological mechanisms are beyond the interest area of medicine.

I'm in personal campaign to correct the misconceptions in public which have very serious consequences on public and individual health apart from creating serious social problems and I don't mind if this would eventually lead to the thing what you accused me with doing.
