Let's say student A and student B are exact identical copies of each other with exactly the same grades, test scores, etc. The only difference is that student A has a significantly higher annual family income than student B. Will this help or hurt the student when apply to private colleges? public colleges? Please explain!
Do colleges prefer a student who doesn't need financial aid over those who do?
