I bought a 1998 Chrysler Sebring from a friend it's a decent car doesnt get the best gas milage but so far it runs really good. I want to get some minor things fixed on it but I'm wondering do these cars sit really low normally? It seems like I fall into the car when im getting in and have to pull myself out of it to get out...I'm not used to a car sitting this low I'd like it to sit higher if possible...I wanted to know if the springs were cut to make it sit like that from the previous owner bcuz I never had a chance to ask him that. I want to know bcuz i want to buy new shocks and struts to give me a better ride (not sure if the car only has struts i don't know a whole lot about cars im researching all this stuff lol!) Any help appreciated.
Do Chrysler Sebring Lxi normally sit low?
