Do Chat Rooms Still Exist?

Between late 1999 and early 2002 i was a frequent visitor on many different chat rooms. However about 3 years ago, i logged onto 1 of them. Instead of having a million users on it like it did before, it had about 13. The chatters told me nobody went on it now really. However I am looking for a decent chat room once again and cant find any

Msn, yahoo, ukchat, freeserve, totalserve, there all closed now. ALSO if there are still chat rooms, are their any eastern european ones? Thanks
