do carphone warehouse replace my handset if they cant repair it four times in 120 days?

i have a nokia 5800 and i have jus sent it of for repair for the third time. i am fed up with travelling half an hour to an express repair centre to repair my phone so i told the guy who served me and he said if you have to repair it four times in 120 days they exchange your handset. so does that mean theyll let me choose another phone?

i have a nokia 5800 and its in its third repair.
im also a pay monthly customer.
