gender, etc)? and if not, what can they be charged with?

Also, can a church discriminate against (for instance) marrying an interracial couple? What is the charge if they refuse to do so? What if it's against their religious beliefs?

(and FYI: I am not a racist, there is a point behind these questions)
 
Businesses have no rights, regardless of what right-wing activist judges have decided. They have privileges, which we can and should revoke the minute their behavior goes against the interest of the people, who do have rights.
