Do blu-ray game disc need to be kept at certain room temperature?

I have a copy of playstation 3's Killzone 2 never opened and completely sealed and it's blu-ray and i was just wondering if i had to keep it a certain temperature because twice i had left the heater on for 8 hours in a locked room and it was really hot it that bad for the disc?
