Do anyone notice under ATT promotional prices, it list an extremely low price along with a "No contract" ad?

What does "No Contract" mean to you? Also on the same exact page, you will see at the bottom where the very same low priced advertised plan with no contract is INDEED a contracted plan with termination fees. Isn't this false advertisement?
