Do any aftermarket manufacturers make angel eye halo type headlights for an 01 Ford

Ranger? I've only found projectors and I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not they make angel eye/halo BMW type headlights for the Ranger.
Thats close to what I'm looking for but it looks like the halo is a neon and I was hoping for a completed circle L.E.D.
