do all twin screw superchargers make that "whine" or "scream" as they spool up?

I think so. I believe that sound comes from the pulley or something.

i have a 2001 mustang GT and im looking to supercharge it. i want to go for the twin screw as opposed to centrifugal but im wondering if all twin screw SC make that sound
