Do all things have the same amount of carbon-14 to stable carbon in their bodies?

Do all living organisms have the same ratio of carbon-14 to stable carbon-13/12 in their "bodies"? If they do not, why? Is it related to elevation of the earth and how far it needs to travel to reach an organism?
