Constitution or Political? Take the case of Affirmative Action was it matter of the Constitution or political decision that may had it's place in history when it first was introduced to correct past injustices and prejudices that were prevalent.
Lot of issues that are decided can't be decided using the constitution.
Take for example abortion and suicide the Constitution has nothing to do with them.
