this packard I have does not have a tank or any lights on the fenders but it has 2 reflectors at bottom of rear fender and has 1 reflector built right in the luggage rack. There are no cables anywhere. On the tag in front it says Harold schwinn and co,Packard in red and Chicago ILL. Does this help anyone? I dont know how to get back to those that answer me .
do all packard bicycles have a tank?
