Most models do get photoshop before it's posted.
But there are some people that take amazing photos without changing anything.

Pictures in general, no matter whose picture it is in the media world, it is ALWAYS retouched. Model's picture's are no doubt retouched, they always have tons of make-up on, which makes then look so different, and the lighting helps as well.
Some models are naturally pretty without any make-up, but so are millions of other people who are not models.
