1. Romans (x2, bcz it's written to both Jews and Gentiles)
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all. Amen. x2
To God only wise, [be] glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.
2. 1Corinthians (written to the church of God at Corinth)
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you.
3. 2Corinthians (2nd coming to the church of God at Corinth)
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, [be] with you all. Amen.*
4. Galatians (written unto the [bewitched] churches of Galatia)
Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with your spirit. Amen.
5. Ephesians (written to the saints at Ephesus & the faithful in CJ)

Paul didn't write books, he wrote letters which then as now (if you don't count texting and CrackBerry emails) have an opening and a closing.
