Do actors ever REALLY have sex in movies?

Like, not just acting, but real sex. Someone told me that some actors choose to do this to make it more realistic, but I was skeptical. Wouldn't the movie have to be rated NC-17 if this was true? I'm just wondering. Thanks!!
 
In movies it is just staged to look that way but in porn movies they are really having sex.
 
Well in movies I highly doubt it ....They just show emotions on the face and body parts. They dnt show the whole nine...you know what I'm saying ....for example in porn you can see everything. Now that is rated nc-17.
 
i've heard sometimes they do...but who knows..i heard the sex scene w/ demi moore and rob lowe in About Last Night was real and Sharon Stone and mike Douglas in Basic Instinct too
 
Yes. If the actor/actress agrees to it. But if it's too 'intimate', then I guess that particular scene is being made with or computer or sometihng. I don't know, I'm not sure. Well, lots of movie are NC-17 rated. But in my place it's actually NC 16 rated, not 16. Or it mght be M18 or R21.
