What I heard, is that if you have belly fat, if you do ab exercises it will make you look more fat instead of having a six pack because of the muscles growing and pushing the fat so that you look more overweight. I want to know if this is true and some tips on how to lose my belly fat without dieting I cannot diet because I dont even eat a lot my metabolism is really bad. I play soccer in the fall for two hours a day, squash in the winter for 1 hour every day, and now in spring I am playing tennis for 2 hours every day. I just can't seem to be losing weight or getting faster. Please help?
PS, I started a daily workout 3 days ago, 75 situps and 40 pushups every day just to get myself started so that I can do more and more as I progress, (I'm 15 years old)
