DNS Failed & Request Timeout on Mobile Internet with T-Mobile - help!?

I have a Samsung Tocco Lite and I'm on T-Mobile, on contract if that matters.
I pay £7.50 a month for unlimited internet, but lately it's been really playing up.

It's extremely slow, and every time I try to go on it (the internet), it says 'DNS failed', 'Request Timeout' or 'Internal Error', about 5 times before I can eventually get onto the page I want to. I don't know what to do, it's so frustrating!

I've rang customer services loads, done everything they've told me to do like resetting the phone and the network settings, but nothing works!

PLEASE help!
