Dizziness - what tests are there for it?

Great reply savagetx. If you happen to remember the name of that test, can you let us know? I get migraines as well, but not TOO often now that I seem to be able to control them pretty well. I wonder if it can still cause the dizziness without the full-on migraines happening much. Do you ever feel that your ears get clogged from the migraines though? I get this feeling and I wonder if it can still be migraine-related or something else. I am going to look into TMJ disorder too because I think it's a possibility for my dizziness.
 
If you experience any numbness, headaches, blurred vision, tingling or weakness, a CT scan and MRI may be appropriate. A neurologist would be advised in that case...Otherwise your physician will likely run through a series of standard tests.
