Dizziness and crackling in the ears, problems focusing eyes

I am currently having symptoms of crackling in my ears, dizziness, trouble focusing my eyes, and feeling pressure in my ears(not to the point of pain) and some pressure in my forehead (not always but sometimes to the point of pain).My neck is also a little sore. I have been to an ENT no sign of sinusitis, or fluid in the ears. I was prescribed flonase and took it for a week with no change in my symptoms. What could be my medical issue?
 
Go look up bvvp on the intnet. I have just recently had a bout with it and had some of the same signs you have written about.
 
You might consider TMJ. There is a list of symptoms on a sticky at the top of the TMJ board.

It took me years to get a diagnosis because I don't have any jaw pain. Amazing how the muscles in the face/head/neck are so interconnected. When one thing is off, it can really effect other areas.
