I want to know how to make an eyeshadow primer without foundation. I just moved, so i will get my foundation next month. I recently bight the coastal scents 88 palette (matte) for my birthday, and since i am dark skinned, colors like yellow don't show up at all. I heard about using Vaseline, but I also heard somewhere else that vaseline will slip off. Can i use Vaseline and then set it with powder? If not, i need suggestions
